The daily maintenance of the hydraulic lifting platform in normal use is indispensable, but even if the equipment is being maintained normally, any possible problems cannot be neglected, so in order to ensure 100% use of hydraulic lifting for each operation The platform can be operated safely and smoothly. What aspects do we need to check before operation?
1. Circuit
Whether the wire connectors of the scissor hydraulic lifting platform circuit system are loose, if so, please tighten them immediately (note: cut off the power before touching the wires with your hands to avoid tragedies such as electric leakage and electric shock);
2. The pin
Check whether the pin shafts (ear pin shaft and center pin shaft) are dry or not, and if they are dry, inject corresponding lubricating oil immediately;
3. Nuts, nuts, etc.
Check whether the nuts, nuts, screws, etc. are loose on site. If there are, they should be reinforced immediately; ensure that the hydraulic lifting platform rises and falls steadily;

4. Outriggers (for aerial work platforms)
Before using the aerial work platform, you must confirm whether the outriggers are well supported, and judge and debug with reference to the horizontal beads on the equipment before the operation can be carried out;
5. Travel switch
Check if all the travel switches are loose, please tighten them if so, especially pay attention to the ultra-high protection travel of the hydraulic lifting platform, to avoid the equipment exceeding the highest safety height and cause accidents;
6. Check the tubing
Check whether the oil pipe skin of the hydraulic lifting platform is damaged or cracked, if it is replaced immediately; secondly, check whether there is any sign of looseness at the connection between the oil pipe and the oil pipe. The scene of the oil spill, leading to the occurrence of an accident;
7.Rollers and slides
Confirm whether the roller slides of the hydraulic lifting platform are dry. If there is a dry site, add butter in an appropriate amount to ensure lubrication of the road during operation and avoid hard-wearing between mechanical parts.
